Wine
Since 1946 Mascaró family has taken care of controlling the quality of its products throughout all the production process, from the vineyard to the bottle.
The grapes ww use to produce our wines come from our own estate “Mas Miquel” located in Aiguamúrcia (Tarragona), an old property of the monks who inhabited the Cistercian Monastery of the Holy Cross (Tarragona).
The harvest is entirely manual and we transport the grapes to the cellar in small boxes to protect the quality of the grapes.
After a process of maceration to extract color and aromas of the grape variety we separate the grape-juice of the highest quality. This is fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve the personality of this fruity variety.
