Pure is a reserva cava with powerful aromas of white flowers and butter.
Elaboration
Coupage: 90% Parellada, 10% Xarel·lo.
Ageing: Reserva. More than 24 months of ageing.
Dosage: Brut Nature, with no added sugar.
ABV: 12%.
