The Parellada grape is elegantly expressed in this high altitude cava. This variety develops at ‘Mas Miquel’ like no other in the Penedès.
Fresh and crisp cava, ideal as an aperitif.
Pure is a reserva cava with powerful aromas of white flowers and butter.
Elaboration
Coupage: 90% Parellada, 10% Xarel·lo.
Ageing: Reserva. More than 24 months of ageing.
Dosage: Brut Nature, with no added sugar.
ABV: 12%.
