Siset is an estate-produced vermouth. It is made with Parellada wines from “Mas Miquel” and Ugni Blanc wine spirit from “El Castell”.

Elaboration

Coupage: Wine made from Parellada grapes and wine spirit from Ugni Blanc grapes.

Main Botanicals: Orange and cinnamon.

ABV: 15%.

Harmonies

Anchovies, olives, and all kinds of tapas.

Tasting note

Aspect: Bright and clear, with a mahogany colour and orange highlights.

Nose: Aromas of herbal notes, cinnamon, and a light hint of balsamic vinegar.

Palate: Good intensity on the palate, with a fine balance between acidity and bitterness. Sweet at first, with a light and elegant bitter touch at the end.
